About Me

Why I Became a Coach?

At one point in my life, after moving to London, I felt completely disconnected from myself.

My life had become all about parties, alcohol, unhealthy routines, and simply going through the motions every day. I was living through the night and sleeping during the day. My routine was all over the place, and life was moving so fast that I wasn’t even truly present anymore.

I remember going back to Sardinia one time and having a conversation with my brother that completely changed my perspective.

He asked me: “So when are you moving back to Italy? You moved to London to change your life… but you’re still waitressing. And that’s an amazing job, but you could do that in Italy too.”

Those words stayed in my mind every single day.

Looking back now, I think I was struggling mentally during that period of my life. I felt lost, disconnected, and without direction.

Then in December 2019, after taking a long break from training, I signed up to the gym again. That one session changed something in me.
For the first time in a long time, I felt alive again. I felt clear. I felt connected to myself again.
From that moment, I knew fitness was no longer just exercise for me. It became something much deeper. It gave me structure, purpose, confidence, and a completely different outlook on life.

I started asking myself: “How can I turn this into a lifestyle and a career?”

That’s when I discovered personal training courses, and it felt like I had finally found the path I had been searching for.
From that day forward, everything changed. I started working with a new mindset and focused every bit of my energy on building a different future for myself and investing in my qualifications.

Today, coaching is so much more than helping people train. It’s about helping people reconnect with themselves, build confidence, feel stronger physically and mentally, and realise they are capable of far more than they think.

Because I know what it feels like to feel lost. And I also know how powerful it is when you finally find something that brings you back to yourself again. Becoming a coach was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.
